One Star Review (John Chin):
(Originally 2 stars, downgraded to 1). Bought a used truck (2020 Denali, 58k miles) and it's stuck in the shop for 2 weeks (with part in hand after the first week) because, apparently, they only have one diesel mechanic who can't get to the repair for a few days (and it's already been there for a week)
My salesperson, Angel Ortiz, was great! It's out of his hands (the only reason I'm not providing a 1-star rating). But I should have trusted my gut and stayed with Toyota.
On my drive home from the dealership, I noticed the engine light was on (somehow, didn't catch it during my test drive). Contacted the salesman. He told me to bring it in.
I wasn't able to break away for a few days. When I brought it in (Saturday), they had me waiting for an hour and half before letting me know the weren't able to diagnose the problem until their diesel specialist came in on Monday.
Initially, I was told I could just take it home, drive with the engine light on, and bring it back. I offered to wait longer so they could spend more time diagnosing/fixing the problem... because they didn't have a loaner vehicle for me and it would have been a hassle to have my wife come and get me, not to mention, being without a vehicle.
After I expressed my frustration, one became available.
On Monday, I got a text that the problem was diagnosed as a bad converter. They mentioned they had to order the part and it could take up to 10 days to get in.
The following Wednesday, the service rep texted me that the part was in BUT the tech can't get to the repair until next week, which is when I'm going to be on a family trip... and I needed my truck (with the new bed cover I purchased for it, which is sitting boxed in my garage) so we could travel.
I requested a loaner swap. Nothing available.
We'll have to rent a larger vehicle for my trip.
As of this writing, Starling Chevrolet has my new part, but my truck won't be available until next week, when I'm not available to get it.
UPDATE (2 weeks after trick has been with service dept: part came in defective. Ordered replacement. It’ll be another week at least)
Knowing this, I would have purchased the Sequoia I was eye-balling instead. 150k miles on my 2014 4Runner trade-in. ZERO problems over the 7 years I owned it, and outstanding experience with Toyota of Orlando.
If you insist on buying Chevy/GMC, don't buy at Starling Chevrolet unless you have another service option.
One Star Review (Ashley Monterde):
One of the worst dealership I went to to buy a car and now I'm stuck with a vehicle that is giving me transmissions issues. I tried to call to get it seen and I spoke to a manager named "Ryan" and he made me feel like an idiot. I would highly recommend going somewhere else to get a car. *I also want to mention that this review was left before anyone contacted me and I want to shout out and appreciate Melissa to call me and to resolve and help me out. I am not a mechanic so for a car that's only 3 years old and when I say it's acting "funny" I don't know how else to explain it.
One Star Review (Michael Brown):
The people were nice but the shock and awe of the prices is out of control. Being told one price over the phone and me authorizing it and then being told a price almost $200 more expensive on the day of pick up wasn’t cool. Attention to detail is critical in a customers experience and it wasn’t for a lack of me asking questions. I clearly asked what the cost would be and then shocked to hear the total when I was told my truck was ready. There was minimal sympathy on Starlings side and I felt like I was “expected” to know of all the fees and things tacked on. I’ll try to avoid sterling going forward because this was my 2nd not so great experience with them.
One Star Review (Kevin Lawrence):
Terrible dealership! Service is awful, they scratched my vehicle and tried to claim they sold it to me in it's condition! I have pictures showing it wasn't! They literally wanted to proof! They had rubble marks all over the bed! I hadn't had the vehicle a month! When I purchased the vehicle they kept it for an extra week, called me to tell me it's ready and I ended waiting 4 hours for them! I took it in for service and had an appointment ended up waiting 2 hours and forced them to bring me my vehicle! I am now trying to sell the vehicle and put in the paperwork to cancel the coverages I had on it, they wait an extra month to even submit the paperwork! Which was an extra payment on each coverage! I'll b be contacting corporate about this dealership.
One Star Review (Melinda P):
Geramel Castellano did a great job finding for us the truck we were looking for and he also got a really great deal for us!
Update!
We bought this truck there a year ago its all fine..but don't go back for service...unprofessional don't know what they doing, rip off...they will fix a billion things that does not even needed and the car still not operating right...and they will give you every time a big bill..
One Star Review (T Jason):
Do not care about a customer unless they are making money off you. The trunk of our Corvette would not open which contained essential items so we stopped in to ask for help. The service advisors wouldn’t look up from their computers saying that only a “corvette expert” could help and none would be back for 3 days. I asked if a regular tech could take a quick look “nope”. It turned out to be something as simple as pulling the key from the Fob and opening it manually. I don’t think that required a “Corvette expert” Stay away from these people
One Star Review (Francesca Carter):
Waited 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, with an appointment. Vehicle was stalling when I pressed on the gas pedal. Had to come back to the dealership because I was given Vehicle with the service light on. I was told that the air was unplugged, not sure why the air was disconnected for an oil change. If that was even the issue. Please also note that my windshield wiper reservoir top was missing.
One Star Review (Gypsy Tamberine):
Left my truck with them for a week for an erratic temp gauge. They called to say they could see my concern but couldn't find the problem then charged me 1k+ then I tried to use their pay over time system and it said i could walk out paying 250 for today and then I got home and saw it charged me 950 instead with no help from either group terrible experience and terrible service
One Star Review (Stephanie Figueroa):
Every time I or my husband go for a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation it takes anywhere from 1.5 to 2 hours for the car to be ready and the tires are never rotated. Walk-ins get in and out in a half hour or less. The last time my husband went in for service on July 22, 2023, he waited an additional 2 hours after the car was completed because no one ever informed him the car was ready. When he approached the service tech she stated, "We sent a text to the number on file". it was supposedly sent to my number, and I wasn't even at the dealership. When he first arrived, he let the service tech know that the number on file was not his and that he would be waiting for the car. she acknowledged that he would be waiting by offering him the coffee and water available to him from the dealership and that she would let him know when the car was ready since she did not have his number. When he approached her after waiting for 3 hours she stated, "I sent the text at 930 that the car was ready". He went to the desk at 1130 and neither he nor I had received a text. no one went looking for my husband in the waiting area because she stated to my husband "I thought you left". My husband took the keys and left because had he said something to her, he would have caused quite the scene. if it wasn't for having the maintenance package, after my first experience at this dealership with the service techs, I would have never come back. it's a dreadful experience each time watching walk-ins get serviced first and being able to leave within 30 minutes and I or my husband have to sit there for hours! I can't wait for my maintenance package to be expired.
One Star Review (Kyle Anderson):
Worst customer service ever, brought my car in for oil change on tree 3rd and have them do some checks for the warrant. They didn't check any of the other things that I asked them for they didn't even fully complete the oil change before returning my vehicle. They said they were going to follow up with me to schedule another appointment to come back they waited 4 weeks (28th) and called me at 10 minutes to 7:00 p.m. on a Friday night. Needless to say I am not taking my service back there again. I would also be careful of reading some of the reviews as they may not be fully accurate.
One Star Review (Pedro Aviles):
I originally wrote a 5 star review because my salesperson was great! As for the rest of my experience it’s been 1 star experience. I spend more time with issues than if I would have bought a used car. And that is why I amended my review.
Finance and accounting are the worst!! I keep getting the run around. Been waiting for a refund since 4/22 (5 months). I call and Finance person (Mr Adler) advices he will call back and never does. I am in my 50s and buy a new car every two to three years and this has been the worst experience. I will never buy another car from this dealer again and you should think twice.
One Star Review (Chiquinquirá León):
I arrived today for the first time at the service department where I had to wait 10 minutes for a person to come to ask me what I wanted, I told him that I did not have an appointment that they could attend me and he said yes and that since an agent was coming His name was Paul, he never came, then he passed me to another Thomas and he was looking for someone else to take care of me in the end for 1 hour and a half and I never went to the clothes line, I left the place. Thank you very much I will not return
One Star Review (Ana Palma):
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Luisy from the financial department is the one that took care of the financing part of my vehicle purchase. I bought a Colorado and gave my car as a trade in (has a payoff amount to be paid yet), and they told me they would take care of the payoff amount and it wouldn’t be a problem. When i was buying my car she was so friendly and said that any problems I could call her. Now that we signed the papers, I called her many times doesn’t answer my calls, neither my text messages.
The problem is that the company that financed the trade in I gave, is charging me for the next payment, even tho I told them I trade the car in. Luisy is the one responsible to pay the payoff amount to this company. But now I try to contact her to resolve this issue and she doesn’t answer my phone calls. I had to contact her manager to get her in the call, and guess what her excuse for not answering my phone calls was? “Oh I changed my phone number recently and now I’m getting so many calls from scammers so I never answer” 🤨
Ok, if you never answer your phone calls, then why did you give me your phone number?? And ok, but what about my text messages? You don’t see them?
Also, she told me after buying my car I would have 45 days till the first payment. Guess what, my first payment is going to be in 30 days.
She didn’t keep what she promised.
One Star Review (Ziah W C):
The salesman Edward was excellent. He fought his hardest to try to get me to drive out in a vehicle but unfortunately due to my credit that didn’t happen however, Jenny the person that calls you 100 times guaranteed me even after telling on my credit score I literally stayed on the phone with this person and told her every single detail about my credit and everything and she guarantee me that I would drive out with a car and after spending several hours at the dealership yesterday and being told, there was nothing they could do for me. I was so frustrated, I would never go back to the dealership. Horrible, horrible, horrible.. they ran my credit like five times and my score dropped over 30 points There was nothing they can do. I’m definitely not ever going back there.
One Star Review (Fernando Homs):
WARNING!!!
Went over to take a look at the corvettes and noticed they have them over $50k above market value. That is scammer behavior if I ever seen some. If you are looking to purchase a corvette DO NOT go here, they will over charge you.
One Star Review (Steven Bowen):
I have mixed feelings about this dealership. The staff is friendly but the overall service experience is just terrible. The appointment to have our car worked on was more than 4 weeks. Then during our work despite leaving voicemails there was zero communication effort on the part of the dealership. We only knew our car was done after repeatedly calling them. It also took more than 5 hours to have a basic tire repair completed.
Update: I recently had Firestone Mobile replace the tires on my M3 only to discover Starling had destroyed the bead on the tire they attempted to patch. I say attempted because after their patch the tire exhibited a very slow leak but as they damaged my wheels I had no interest in letting them touch them again. Now I know why the tire had a slow leak and why it took them so long to do the job. I would recommend against taking ANY low profile tires or having any low profile tires work done by them. Either the tech who repaired my tire lacked proper training or they lack the proper equipment to handle low profile performance tires. They never indicated any issues with the repair, hid the damage they caused, and created a potential blowout situation. See photos as evidence.
One Star Review (Brian Mazelin):
My advisor was not very well informed. She did not return my calls or have my issue looked into the entire time she had my vehicle. Christina Luna did not even go over the mechanic’s recommendations for my car.
One Star Review (Opulence International):
I buy a car from you and everything is the best it can be but when I ask to be scheduled for service...you're booked out until November 6 and today is October 21???? Yeah right
One Star Review (Juan Gomez):
My leased 2021 Chevy Trailblazer sat on the dealership lot for 16 days, this is when they came up with the idea of sending it to their "sister dealer" in St Cloud because their mechanic was "too busy to diagnose the problem". Those guys at the other dealer actually fixed the issue that only took two hours of labor to repair. I had to call everyday and chat with GM directly because the dealer would not say what the problem was. I had to get a rental because a loaner car was not available, and at the end, the issue was rodent damage to some cables. 18 days of rental car plus the repair cost came out to $1500 plus all the headaches and waisted time (warranty did not cover this).
If they had diagnosed this earlier they would have saved me probably $800 dollars at least.
This is unacceptable and non professional.
One Star Review (Manuel de Jesus Gaytan Marrero):
The terrible service, my dad has a 2022 Chevrolet Blazer with 11,000 miles, it stopped working, we took it to this one, tell them Easterling Chevrolet, the car's warranty is garbage, that's garbage, they didn't cover anything, they didn't respond as we expected, my dad's car has been in service for more. 10 days and they don't have a refund, they don't have a diagnosis, you don't have a courtesy car. Definitely the bad service and guarantee of a site like this is useless.
One Star Review (Jason):
Business is business don’t let them fool you with the Internet price you gonna show up at the Dealer they gonna get you in your trade car and they gonna get you with something called package for a car is coming already like that in the worst new trick it’s the advance payment it doesn’t matter what your trade-in they’re gonna tell you because of that negative equity you have to do the advance payment I mean when you go, you will see not happy
One Star Review (Chris Loaiza):
Messaged them to see the availability of a car, was told it was available. Called twice to make sure it was available and was told it was. Immediatedly went ahead and drove 50 minutes to the dealership just to show up and be told that the car is in the shop with the engine pulled apart because it has a blown engine and will not be sold
One Star Review (John Denning):
Been dealing with Salesman Carlos for years now. He has always been interested in my 2007 Vette selling it for a possible car on the lot. Recently they had a 2007 conv. vette with over 25K miles on it on the lot. They wanted 32K for it. I said how about a trade - mine for that one? Mine is a show car with only 20K miles on it. He said yea, let me get the estimator to price it. Comes back with a price of 18K. Told him I was appalled at that offer for a show car. He said that was the best he could do. Be very carful when trading in a car to this dealer. Low ball pricing. I will go elsewhere.
One Star Review (Alex Parra):
I just walk out from the dealer I had the worst experience ever a supposed manager called Carlos got me the worse customer service ever he did excactly what I did on autonation website take pictures don’t even open the car hood or don’t run for one minute the car and the picture he took it was a night in a dark spot how smart to get a fair appresial next thing he come up to me like not even 2min telling me the offer you guys Did online is way to higher they sent me a check good until 1/6/22 for $16000 and this guy Carlos said “the system “ just give him not even $13000 I understand it is an estimate the online offer but never would have that gap he just didn’t do his work at all. he was so unprofessional that not even hand me a paper with the offer , Carmax at least give a paper .it’s a pitty that companies like this have this type of people working doing nothing and just wasting deals .
One Star Review (Renee Cartier):
It took two weeks to get an appointment, I was OK with that. I made the appointment for two specific things, to fix a broken latch on my middle console and to reattach the rear window defogger. I was told it would take two hours and I waited and waited until I had to go check in and find out what the status of my vehicle was. I was told it was going to cost $350 to repair the latch and $200 to reattach the wire to the rear window. Of the $200, $20 was for the kit. The rest was for labor cost a bit ridiculous, considering it was simply applying adhesive, so I obviously declined that service. What I don’t understand is why it took two hours to give me a price to repair the latch and then I had to sit there, another hour and a half for the repair. I saw them bring my car out when it was finished and they left the keys with the guy who checked me in. I stood there and stared at him for a good 20 minutes before he finally decided to get out of his chair to check me out. I don’t believe I’ll be using your dealership for any future service. Your pricing is ridiculous and your wait times are unreasonable.
UPDATE since posting this review, I received a call within 24 hours from the service manager, and from the general manager. They were both very professional, listened attentively to my concerns, and apologized profusely for their service, I have to say I was very impressed with their sincerity and concern. In my experience, it is unusual for a company to take such an interest for a customers concerns and want to make it right. Not only did they offer to lower the price of fixing the defogger, but both were going to go back to look at the way they do business systemwide and retrain employees, if needed or change the process. This company exemplifies continuous process improvement and I give them five stars for customer service.
One Star Review (That Guy):
Went here to inquire about trading in my car, BIG mistake. First off, the employees come off as robots and are very pushy. They took my keys to inspect my car, I didn’t get my keys back for an hour. They held my keys hostage in the managers office. Even when I directly asked the sales woman for my keys, she went in to get the manager to talk to me, as my keys were still sitting in the office. I understand they’re job is to sell, but come on. Also, chevy prices have gone through the roof, go elsewhere.
One Star Review (Virginia Wright):
Called and scheduled service for oil change, and issues with my radio and sensor and software update, asked to have a loaner or rental since I live on the other side of Orlando from your location was told yes that would happen. 3 weeks later show up for appt and no loaner is available and was told can't give you a rental until they find out what the problem is with my car didn't have time to wait for that to be done, since I was told I would get a loaner and not be there all day, so the only thing that got done to my car was an oil change. Purchased the oil changes when we got the car I will be looking into cancelling or seeing if it can be moved to a chevy location near me. It is to hard for me to meet your schedule and to far from where I live to drive over there when I can't get what was scheduled to be done to my car.
The employees are nice and helpful but not impress with how I was treated.
One Star Review (Mercedes Delgado):
Edited: Orginally below was my review however ever since we got this 2023 car it has been nothing about issues. First time we came for an issue my husband spent the whole day in service for them to say there was no issue not even a few weeks later we went back now they're saying they have to order a part which they should of noticed the first time. And the worst part we spend another whole day at service for what for them to tell you one of the issues are fixed but then get stranded on the side of the road not even 48 hours later in a 2023 vehicle. This is ridiculous. And they do not even own up to the mistakes. I am still waiting for some part to come hopefully thus is the last time we have to go in for the same issue. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE unless you like to waste your time and like to be lied to. Wish I could put a 0 star. Will def let me followers to stay away.
Came in today... I was assisted by Daniel Paulino he provided me with awesome service. Walked out of there with a beautiful 2023. I will recommend him to family and friends.

One Star Review (Jeremy Underwood):
Do Not Buy a car from here. After being lied to about a "pristine" Escalade with only 3,000.00 miles on it. My wife flew into Orlando (Pregnant) with a one way ticket along with my 70 year old mother to pick the car up.. Only to find a wrecked car with an entirely new paint job with a crooked hood. She did confirm the car had been wrecked and the ENTIRE car had been repainted by going to a local body shop, that the salesman recommended. The body shop said the car was indeed wrecked and repainted with hotspots, overspray and snake-eyes in the paint. I can only imagine what happened to this car to have that much damage to it. The roof had been walked on with 3 caved in dents on the passenger side Top of car. In addition the car had several electrical issues, the wheels had corrosion, the grill had been re-glued into the car, there were sand paper marks in the paint and the seats had fade spots (not dust as we were was told). We ask very specific questions about the car (VERY SPECIFIC) and was lied to over and over we even received several calls from management (Patrick Hernandez and Miquel) and they gave my wife THEIR WORD this car was great! My wife was taken back to the airport with no flight home to sit and wait for 6 hours until one became available. My wife called the Store Manager Melissa Messeguer whom told her that "its not the salesmen's place to employ the fine details on a vehicle they are selling"! I Disagree, its 100% the salesman's place to "employ"/ do their job and be honest to a customer, especially when they are flying in to purchase a $75,000.00 car pregnant! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. Here are a few pictures below. We also have videos of all the electrical noise's the car was making and the text message's with all the lies from the salesmen!
One Star Review (Kerry Smith):
If you like high pressure sales and want to meet your salesman manager and then his manager you might like this place
One Star Review (Multiservices LV LLC):
Dear Starling Chevrolet,
I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the repair services being provided for my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 3500.
On March 21st, my vehicle experienced a sudden electrical failure that caused it to stop working. I brought the vehicle to your dealership for immediate repair, and was informed that Mr. Jadiel Rodriguez Acevedo would be handling my case.
Since then, I have been in contact with Mr. Rodriguez Acevedo and Service Manager Noel several times for updates on the repair status. Despite my continuous efforts, I have not yet received clear information or an estimated delivery date for my vehicle, which is an essential work vehicle for my business. Even worse, whenever I call for updates, Mr. Rodriguez or Mr. Noel refuse to take the phone, leaving the only people willing to help being Mr. Paul and the receptionists who have to go directly to the workshop to find out what has happened.
I understand that repair issues can be complex, but I expected clearer and more efficient communication from your dealership. The lack of information and an estimated delivery date for my vehicle has caused a significant disruption to my business activities, resulting in a huge financial loss for me.
Therefore, I request immediate action be taken to expedite the repair process and provide me with an estimated delivery date as soon as possible. Furthermore, I expect measures to be implemented to improve communication between the service staff and customers to avoid similar problems in the future, which is really and painfully fatal.
I would also like to add that I have been given two previous delivery dates that have not been met, and I have not even been informed when they finally decide not to deliver the vehicle, instead, I have had to call to verify the delivery, and have been informed that it is still not ready. Of course, this has increased my frustration and caused further disruptions to my business. The unreliability of these delivery dates has cost me time and money, which is unacceptable given the importance of my work vehicle.
I hope you can take my concerns into account and provide a satisfactory solution to this situation. I need a vehicle with similar features while the dealership takes the time to deliver my vehicle. Thank you for your attention. FABIO OSPINA

from out of town. took my truck in to be checked (alternator went out) was quoted a out the door price and eta of completion for the following day pm. truck was not done and with call to me letting me know it wont be fixed for at least another day. called for 4 hours and got no answer no call back with several attempts made. finally got one employee to say hopefully it will be ready.....took 3 days when told 1 then tells me $327 more than the out the door price first quoted. glad this is not my dealership. VERY POOR SERVICE!
One Star Review (Louis DeJesus):
They are good when they want to make a sale but once you buy the car you are on your own… I purchased a car about 3 months ago and have been calling ever since for a simple question regarding my car’s title. I’ve left voicemails and requests for a call back but it’s like nobody works there.
They need better customer service!!
One Star Review (Victoria Satori Acree):
Edit 2023: they're great to buy cars from but getting an oil change is a hassle. I'm typically there for at least 2 hours. It didn't always used to be like this. Very frustrating.
Best dealership in the area. Have bought my last 2 cars there. They don't pressure you and the service advisors become like family. And they work with you on price. Can not recommend them enough.
One Star Review (Anderlisa R):
Be careful that they sell cars with non-genuine parts. catalyc of market.... And now they ignore me so they don't solve me😭😭😭
One Star Review (Sahara Paz):
scheduled oil change took over three hours. At hour two we saw the truck being pulled around back for service when the representative assured us at hour one that it would be about 30 more mins. He clearly did not verify his estimate as we were the ones that informed him to look out the glass doors and watch the truck being pulled around to the back. This was after my daughter left her car for service for two whole days only for one of the valves to be installed incorrectly and resulted in her car smoking all down I4 from Davenport and had to return to the car to the service center for ANOTHER day.
One Star Review (Raul Ortiz Martinez):
Do not go to this place to get a car. Save your money and avoid a nightmare dishonest and disloyal dealership not to be trusted first day I bought the car was running great next day the battery was dead bought it back to there shop they had to put in a new battery for it this is a dealer ship that does a full inspection on all of there vehicle thats what they said next morning I decided to do a quick inspection myself found another problem which they missed front 2 tires were bald went back to the shop the car needed a alignment to my surprise they didn't have the proper tools to do the job themselves it was sent to the volkswagon dealership which they did the alignment and put in 2 new tires to the front now I'm here at the volkswagon dealership fixing another problem with the car and the technician is telling me that I need a alignment to my vehicle not including the problem that it has I showed him the receipt that the dealership gave me showing him it was done already he laugh and said there's no way they sent it to the volkswagon dealership to get it done complete liars worst people ever shame on the dealership it was a total ripoff starting from the supervisor Melissa to Jerome the person that told me the car was in good condition can't forget about Noel the service department manager what a joke all liars they just care about selling the cars and that's pretty much it no help at all but I'll be fixing my car but just remember you also have families and son hopefully they don't get ripoff the way I did thank but no thanks what circus of a company you'll be better off buying a car in the streets.
One Star Review (Brenda Brown):
This is IRONIC It won't let me post without giving at least 1 star.. NO STARS FROM ME... After having my vehicle for almost a month and $647 dollars what I initially took my vehicle there for on 07/16/20 I'm still experiencing the SAME PROBLEM.. so is this GENDER DISCRIMINATION or GRAND THEFT (anything over $300). I want someone OTHER THAN NOEL and MICHEAL to get in touch with me before I take the next steps. FYI my vehicle now shuts off on me.
One Star Review (Mario Suarez):
every time I go to do oil changes the service takes too long
One Star Review (TigerLil McStu):
We purchased a car online on their website. When we went in to have the trade-in evaluated and then await the new car arrival as they instructed we learned they had sold it to somebody else. They would not even offer us the same deal that we had done online. It seems it was all a gimmick to get us to come in person and then to sell it to us at a higher price.
One Star Review (Free Grazer):
While on vacation in Kissimmee Florida our suburban just wouldn’t start. We called starling Chevrolet and told we can jump it off and get it to them if they could look at it since we were on vacation. The rep said you can bring it here but it be two or more days before we could even look at it. So if we could get it there maybe two days sitting around waiting. We had other reservations to deal with. No one on vacation wants to have car trouble. But starling Chevrolet could have been more considerate with our problems. So we packed up and went home. I am a Chevrolet family man. My two sons drive Chevrolet trucks. My wife and I been married 50 years Always bought Chevrolets.
One Star Review (Dube Kinston):
Over price, and have to come back for service several times for the same thing and still get charged
One Star Review (Mark R Brown):
Made an appointment for oil change sat in line for 15 minutes and still not checked in. The service staff was laughing and joking and not working to deal with the 15 cars in line. Do not recommend them for anything. Finally left without an oil change will try somewhere else
One Star Review (Talathia Weekes):
When I arrived I was greeted by the guys he take in you car and start the initial checks. Then they told me where to go because I told them this was my first time. When I walked inside I wasn’t greeted, there was no line to who would be the next pardon to go to. There were maybe two customers just standing in the middle of the walk way waiting and I ask where do I go or who checks me in and the person said one of us and I stood there waiting for 45 mins until I was checked in. Wile standing there the people checking my car in on the outside was moving my car up and ended up making my car spin out at that moment I should have left but, which I would have but, I actually really needed this oil change. I finally was checked in and I never even had the opportunity to even meet my representative. After my oil change I confirmed with the person who helped me if they checked everything I wanted checked just to make sure my care was okay besides the oil change they said yes. I don’t know much about cars but I do like to take care of my car. When I left I was almost home and the engine light comes on. So I called and couldn’t get through to a person that could help me, even to ask if it make sense for me to come back right now, nothing no answer I couldn’t even leave a message. Coming from having a good place to go to for my oil changes before moving ( Lindsey Chevrolet in Woodbridge, VA) and then to come here I couldn’t believe it. I’m not expecting to be treated as royalty. I was actually excited because I found somewhere similar to Lindsey Chevrolet but I’m going to again look for another place to go, cause I don’t want to deal with that again. I am a patient person but I am not doing that again. I wanted to put no stars but I have no choice to put one so I will give one star to just say hey I went and I got my oil change. Thank you.

On Saturday, August 27 my husband, myself and our 2 young grandchildren were going to St Augustine. We had a flat tire past Monroe bridge in I-4. We were able to get the spare on but wanted to get a new tire since we had our grandchildren. We called Starling and spoke with Sean at 12:20. We told him we were 5 minutes away and he informed us he could not sell us a tire because his techs were already cleaning up. I told him we had 2 children with us and needed to get a new tire. Sean told us we could go to tire kingdom next door. By that time we were out front at Starling and I called back. It was 12:30 and asked the receptionist what time the service department closed and she said 1:00pm. My question was, if the service department closes at 1pm why would they not see us
at 12:30 but I was not able to ask the question as Sean was away from his desk and was told there was no way to reach him. That is hard to believe.
Our family only drives Chevy trucks
and the one we have now is a new off the lot , 1 year old 4x4 Silverado. Rest assure we will never visit Starling ever for a new truck. Of note, we pulled into the Nissan service department next door and we were in and out within 1 hour and they were very busy.

After buying a car 2023 Blazer, with my mother in law. Once we finish signing and ready to enjoy the car, then they tell us that the engine of that car came bad from factory and it needed to be replaced. They offered us another car but there was no more of the same style. Waisted 5 hrs at this dealership and after giving cash for down payment., now we have to wait to get the money back and it can not be cash, now is a check. After they said that they will have the cash for us. This is the first time we were going to try a Chevrolet. But now I don’t trust it, especially this dealer with their WORST SERVICE AND LYING
One Star Review (Viviana Vargas):
I am totally disappointed in the service of this place, I took it for tire changes and an estimate of an oil leak? They kept my car from Friday at noon and if I don't go today to find out what happens they won't check it either, (I'm sure they didn't check it) they didn't give me any diagnosis that I really had the car? They only gave me a piece of paper with the prices and costs of something that I don't know why I would be charged that amount, I called like 6 times yesterday to find out about my car, I left messages and there was no response, in conclusion my car stayed for 2 days and I picked it up just as I left it, I'm really frustrated with the way they have the service, it's a disaster .....
One Star Review (Qian Gao):
My routine advisor was on vacation, so I had to go with someone else, he was not good, trying to charge me more than my regular advisor quoted me. Long story short, after I showed him my original quote, and requested to talk to a manager, he give me the price. And he purposely took long time to process the paperwork and payment. But I would not go to him again.
One Star Review (Blair Satterley):
I came in with front-end noise and sound in the steering wheel. They said they would order the parts and call me with an appointment, I have heard nothing.
One Star Review (Carlos Camacho):
They stated the car was only going to be 20k out the door but after I signed all the paper and left the dealership. The number was changed to 25k. Horrible service and manipulation don’t ever shop here for any car or service. And since they give you two free oil changes I went in for one and went on vacation and when I came back all the oil was leaking through the drain bolt they stripped it. And they stated it wasn’t their fault.
One Star Review (Ken "Superman"):
Service department was standing room only with one guy working there. Came in twice and was finally seen after 15 min. Oil change would be 3 to 4 hour wait and I couldn't even schedule an appointment.

I appreciate your attempt to resolve my issue but I've taken my vehicle to another dealer already.
One Star Review (Mike):
I didn't buy a car here, Starling has the highest dealer markups of any dealer I've encountered. They add a $1,500 "reconditioning" fee to used cars plus a $900 dealer fee. When you add in the taxes and other fees, you can add $5,000 to the price of their cars. To top it off, when I get in the car, the warning light said it was overdue for service! I wouldn't pay it and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to. You have been warned.
One Star Review (Chris Azzolini):
Spent 3 hours at this dealership several weeks ago attempting to purchase an EV with my partner (at the price listed in Chevrolet's website - big mistake). Had a wonderful time being educated by the manager on why Starling Orlando "needs" to mark-up the price of their cars by THOUSANDS and how my SO and I "didn't do our research." No wiggle room whatsoever on the magical "mark-up," and we left without making a purchase. Went to the dealership in Deland and just finalized a purchase yesterday at a price we found reasonable for our expectations - same car at $3,500+ less than this dealership - with no hassle and professional associates.
I guess they were right - if I'd done more research, I would have realized Starling Orlando thinks they're a 1960's used car shack and can get away with slapping "mystery fees" onto their products. Or maybe they should just hire competent managers. Weird how most of that "necessary" mark-up disappears at another dealership...
I'd like to add that they employ that really sleazy tactic of throwing a few associates at you who can't actually make decisions first, so if you don't immediately like their insanely marked-up price, you have to repeat everything you've said to several more people before someone who CAN make decisions comes along. Really tires a customer out; and that's exactly how I would describe my first-time experience with this dealership. "Tiring."

Do your self a favor and drive straight passed it the service department is horrible two days after i got the car engine light on I bring it back the just turned it off it comes back on when i get home brought the car back they kept it for about two days said it was fixed light came back on on my way home. After that i had to bring it back again they kept my car for about 2 weeks i had to get in contact with the Gm because they wouldn’t give me a loaner then they finally rented me a car and didn’t even cover all of my card still got charged for about over 100 bucks and they refused to reimburse me my money for the car i had to rent the week before i a rental from them from speaking with the gm. The service department wouldn’t answer my calls or kept answering and putting me on hold when I was trying to get a update on my car. Also someone stole the dollar i had in my cup holder of my car smh.

I had a very bad experience taking my truck to get an oil change, tire rotation, and fixing a tire that had a nail on it
After a waiting of three hours, then the person who attended me named "THOMAS" came out to tell me that they had not started working on my truck yet and then
40 minutes later he calls me tells me it's ready but they didn't even rotate my tires or repair the tire that has a nail very frustrating.
I had a bad experience at this place "starling Chevrolet" and I will not go back to this place
One Star Review (Ismael Burgos-De Bear):
Don’t take your vehicle there for anything other that scheduled maintenance. Limited number of mechanics with limited experience. Took my.vehicle and took them 7 days to repair. The repair lasted 3 days. Returned the vehicle back for the same repair and it has been in the dealer for an additional 7 days 14 days and $900 and nothing to show for. Service advisors are over tasked and never return calls, at least to me.
One Star Review (Christina Whitton):
Bought an 2019 Equinox from this store about a month ago, I was given all kinds of promises that they would take care of me, especially since I came in with a little bit of a panic since my primary vehicle had just become useless due to transmission failure. They said they were discounting the car 3,000 for me, it came with bumper to bumper warranty, etc, etc. Well...ONE MONTH into owning this its already throwing engine codes. I look into my paperwork to find the warranty information, cant find it. Call the store, they said it expired in Feb 2022... A MONTH BEFORE I BOUGHT IT. And then the limited warranty that IS on it, they charged my 5,000$ for! Now when we were signing the paperwork, the lady was too busy with her real estate agent to really go over anything with us, she just threw papers at us and told us to sign. No mention of additional purchases or anything. I feel ridiculously scammed, and now that I call them, NO RESPONSES BACK. Ive called a dozen times and emailed. Cant DRIVE THERE, because they sold me a useless car! So learn from my mistakes, they dont care about anything other than getting you to sign and making their commissions. Utterly has ruined this single working moms life over here. THANKS STARLING!!

This dealership has got to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had while having service done on my vehicle. 3 months ago I had an appointment, came in dropped off my Truck, 3 hours later I come back and the service advisor tells me “they are almost done” he walks away and doesn’t come back. A whole hour passes before I decide to talk to the manager , to my surprise my truck had NEVER been serviced and was sitting in the back. Lied to my face and wasted my time.
Today I had an appointment to bring in the car at 11. I show up and they tell me they have no record of an appointment and can’t see me until 2:30pm. The level of incompetence displayed by the service advisors is incredible at this dealership. Apologies only go so far when you waste people’s time!!
One Star Review (Tammy Drury):
The repair was only supposed to take one day... Not 3. My policy for a rental was for 1 day so I didn't have a car and had to inconvenience someone else. It turns out, I didn't even have any rental because no one told me that I had to prepay for the rental and $200 deposit. They were supposed to fix my AC well how come I have to flip the switch back and forth to make it happen. The service tech told me a lie about something and then he didn't bother to tell me he would be out the next day and I didn't have a certain person to talk to. I have decided NOT to bring my car back to Starling Chevrolet ever. This is the 2nd time that I've had my car there and not been satisfied. My HHR deserves better, especially when I really don't have money for repairs and I had to get a payday loan advance for this and my AC STILL DOESN'T WORK PROPERLY
One Star Review (Norman Do):
I've never been to a dealership where they tried to "retain" mileage on a car before.
I went in, asked to test drive the ONLY tahoe in the engine configuration that i wanted. Was told i cannot test drive because they generally try to retain the mileage and the only way i could test drive a car i was committing to, was to sign up to buy it first.
Who does that?! It's a USED CAR, who buys a car before they test drive it?
Called Autonation Chevy near the airport (5600 Lee Vista Blvd, Orlando, FL 32812).... they dont do that... i live literally behind your dealership but I will never shop there again.
One Star Review (Ant Love):
Parts department is a joke, couldn’t tell me the price for a hitch on my vehicle, instead told me it will be better if I come in, I told him I have the vin number I just need some prices but the rep said he couldn’t tell me off the top of his head. Ridiculous! Lost a potential customer.
One Star Review (Maximo Ceron):
I have been doing service for my truck in this dealership since I bought it 3 years ago, and honestly I think this dealership is downhill and apparently there are no leadership that cares, every single person in service and auto parts is careless. I set an appointment for service with Christina, she told me about breaks fluids service that was required for 45K miles, I agreed, but also I asked her to add new wiper blades, after 2.5 hours waiting my truck did not get new blades, for second time in row they did not recharge the water/soap for wipers blade. So I spent around $300 but you guys were able to listen my requests, plus she did honored me the 10% discount coupon that you left in my truck during my last appointment. while waiting I stoped in auto parts, took like 10 minutes to somebody show up, I asked the guy that I want to buy some accessories, he told me to hold, he went to the back and after other 10 minutes waiting I left, it happened the same a service ago when I asked a quote for brand new off road tires, I never received the quote so I spent my $3,000 in a tire store. I feel this dealership don’t care about satisfaction of the clients, which make me think about the quality of service for my truck. Highly disappointed and I maybe that was my last visit to this dealership.

Having had my 2019 Tahoe in for its regular service last month it was recommended to I needed a new Battery and Tires with alignment. I went ahead and booked my appointment for 8.30am. I was booked in reasonably quickly on arrival and was told it would probably take up to two hours. I was OK with this as I needed to leave around 10.30 to pick up kids from Final exams. At 10am I was informed they did not have my tires and could I come back later! NO I was pre-booked in, and why did it take 90 minutes just to change a battery and them to find out they did not have the tires. Well I was then left whilst they tried to figure something out. About 20 minutes later I was told they did in fact have the tires but someone else had then, but we've got them back!!!! I said I could probably push back but needed to leave by 11am, he said that was fine. By 11.10 I had to find someone to chase how long the car would be, another 10 minutes went by I was then told the tires were done but we were still waiting for the alignment. If I needed to go I could come back later was the suggestion for the alignment. NO I was there and wanted the worked completed all at once. Finally the car was ready at 11.30 I paid and then waited another 10 minutes for them to bring the car out. Total waste of a whole morning waiting for something which should have only taken a couple of hours but I was there for 3hr 10 mins. Very unhappy customer.
One Star Review (Kaysay Johnson):
Worst car experience I’ve ever had. Purchased a new Bolt EUV before it arrived. Upon arrival 2 weeks later it had a broken part that was back ordered. The salesman was not able to provide a date for when it would arrive to fix the vehicle. A few days later they reached out and offered to increase my payment for a higher level car as their solution. As I was pulling up they called and informed me that this newer car was also not able to be picked up as it had the same broken part. I asked to cancel the sale and they told me it would be a week before I received my deposit back only to call me 10 minutes after I left stating they had my check. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had, I went from being a life long GM/Chevy customer to never wanting to purchase a Chevy again. I Do not recommend this dealer.
One Star Review (Blane Aument):
Brought my 2017 Traverse in for prepaid oil change and tire rotation and a check engine light that was illuminated. I am not confident that the tire rotation was performed since none of the tires were inflated to their required pressures. The check engine light for an emissions issue that was not corrected. The error code has not been erased but the check engine light is currently extinguished.
One Star Review (Alexander Morales):
WORST DEALER EVER Stay Away from this dealer!! I bought a used RAM 1500 on October 3rd, 2022. In the first few days after the purchase, it was dripping engine oil all over my driveway. I left the RAM for repairs at the dealer ship for 1 week and it was never fixed. I stayed without a car during that period, and they never help with a rental vehicle or reimbursement for the expenses related to the lack of transportation during that week. When I returned after 1 week hoping to have the RAM repaired, I found that it was never fixed. I had to get another car. After several hours, I got a used 2017 Ford F150. That same day while on my way home from the dealership, the check engine light turned on. I took the Ford to the dealership immediately and they just turned off the light and did not check or fixed anything at all. Obviously, the light turned on again on my way back home and I also had to returned that car. I took an used 2021 Silverado Custom instead. They never adjusted dealer fees, taxes, etc. I ended up being charged 3 times with dealer fees, taxes, etc. they never readjusted the amount that I gave as down payment, nor the initial Honda Accord that I gave for trade in. The current loan is not reflecting what I gave for trade in and down payment. In addition, at this point, more than 1 month since the initial purchase, I still have under my name the other 2 car loans that are supposed be cancelled (RAM and Ford F150). I am getting letters from the bank, and they are charging late fees. When I call to the dealership the salesperson Geramel Castellano assured that the loans are cancelled. I know this is not true because both are showing in my bank app and account as of today. I called the bank and they said the loans are not paid off. This is the WORST car buying experience in my life.
One Star Review (Willie McClinton):
Went in for an oil change on my 2018 SS and within 24 hours noticed an annoying rattling at low and high speed. Plus when I arrived for my appointment there was no appointments scheduled in my name. That should have been a clue to jump back in my ride and leave. I will give them a chance for a four star rating and to correct the issue first thing Monday morning. If it wasn’t Xmas I would have taken my vehicle back the next day. Feel free to contact me for more information
One Star Review (Ray Keeney):
Starling Chevrolet continues to disappoint as I have now had multiple bad experiences.
Without question there is no customer service or organization to their madness. It is chaotic and you will stand there for 15 minutes as employees walk in and out staring at the forming lines. Every employee appears to busy and seems inconvenienced by your business.
During my last visit I was talked down to for having come in without a mask on, as I could see multiple people in the lobby employees included that were not wearing masks. This was after I was fully vaccinated and it was not required anymore.
And now this weekend I experienced the same types of issues. It took over 40min to check my car in for service.
During that time it was made it very clear that my fluids never get topped off at this location and even went as far to tell my rep and put it into the notes to ensure it was completed.
Alas, after $1300 in repairs, oil change, tire rotation, etc, My fluids still were not topped off. It is STILL completely empty.
DO NOT TRUST anyone at this location to service your car with any sort of urgency or integrity.
One Star Review (Neil Van Bart):
Probably the worst experience in the 32 of my motoring experience. I purchased my Chevy at starting for $50k and took me 2 days to get 1 tire changed. I will never ever go back. Was an absolute nightmare and turmoil in one.
Service adviser was so overwhelmed that there were an array of errors and mistakes. Keep doing this and you will
Lose plenty more loyal customers like myself.

No communication and extremely poor customer service. I had to call every time to discuss the status of my vehicle. If I did not call, I think it would still be in the shop. The focus in the service department is on welcoming new customers and not working on the current vehicles in the shop. I would not recommend this dealership for anything.

My appointment was for 9:30 am, I arrived 15 minutes early, and my car was taken IN immediately. It was for a routine oil, filter, tire rotation, etc. At 11:00 o'clock when I thought it was done, I asked for my car and, first they couldn't find it, then I was told it hasn't been serviced yet. After requesting the manager, I was informed about a shortage of mechanics. It is an understandable situation, BUT, customers should've been informed so we could make the decision to wait or re-schedule. The manager was upset since he thought I wasn't understanding the situation, but I was. He didn't understand that I had a doctors appointment to go to that I had to cancel, and since it was a late cancellation, I had to pay. Should've I been informed earlier, I would've re-schedule and get to my appointment on time. Just a matter of honor your customers time and let them know what's going on in the shop.
One Star Review (Tonya Boyd):
Do not purchase here! Straight scam! The salesman, Fady, tells me they're doing a 4% mark up due to supply issues. An additional $4k because of low supply! He tried to pull the typical salesman back and forth but I shut him down. I really had to call on Jesus to not go off when he tried to negotiate the mark up. I'm reporting them to Chevrolet Corporation. Dealerships ARE NOT supposed to be doing bogus mark ups like this.
One Star Review (Karen A):
I was called by Daniel this morning to see if I was still searching for a new vehicle. He indicated that a vehicle with the exact features I wanted was in transit, would be there within two weeks, and that I could come in and fill out the paperwork to reserve that vehicle for purchase. I called him back after checking online to view the vehicle and did not find the Colorado he told me about. He told be that sales were such that they didn't always have time to update the website. I took him at his word and drove 45 minutes to the dealership, only to find out that Daniel lied to me only to get me to come to the dealership so another salesperson could try to get me to buy different car. This is deplorable sales practice! I wasted my time, gasoline, and the anxiety of driving on the turnpike because an unscrupulous man who was trying to make a sales quota lied to me. Shame on you Daniel, and shame on you Starling Chevrolet!
One Star Review (Masood Ejaz):
I contacted the dealership and asked them about out-of-the-door price if I reserve a Chevy Bolt EUV through them. In addition to the regular $899 dealer fee, the sales guy said that I would have to pay $1495 for nitrogen-filled tires, tint, and pinstripe, whether I want them or not. Not to mention $300 for the title and $300-$400 for registration when in the state of Florida, new car registration (first time) is $225 and new license plate costs $28. Just another dishonest dealer who lost a potential customer.
One Star Review (Stephen Keen):
Worst car buying experience I ever had. Ended up not buying a car there and will never go back. They need to empower their employees to make decisions. Don’t waste your time.
One Star Review (Dani):
DONT EVER USE THEIR SERVICE CENTER. THEY ARE THIEVES . Online it clearly shows a price and then in person they charge you more . This dealership is a JOKE and they overprice on everything. And then when you call some rude Alexis girl picks up and transfers you to the WRONG department on purpose so your issue doesn’t get resolved . Terrible terrible customer service and Chevrolet cars SUCK they always have a lot of issues down the line. Don’t come here, don’t buy Chevrolet cars they truly are a headache!
